I have gone to my office post in Valencia / Spain and they say that the package not has arrived, that is located in 06/07/2016 in Guangzhou Pst. Its possible claim it pleased???... thnaks

Your package is strange that on 2016-06-19, the tracking system shows the package has some problem and will be returned to the sender. But later it was on the way to Spain again. You'd better let the sender to contact China Post by calling 11185 to ask.
