Hi Vladimir,

The last information shows '2019-03-04 17:49 China, 523761, Unsuccessful delivery attempt'. There may be some problem with the seller's address or the phone number of the seller couldn't be connected. It may be returned back to you if the seller doesn't contact China Post to confirm the address.
