Hello I ordered about 17 days ago and i haven’t received a update for 13 days And I am very curious because it says flight departure and in transit and i am very confused so can you please tell me where my package is? Sincere Cyrus

Hi Cyrus,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Cyrus after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
