I need to know where's my package because it been in the same status for about 13 days already

Hi Alancarreon,

Your package let Shanghai, China on Sep. 19 and still in transit to Chicago, USA now. As it's not arrived in Chicago, there is no further update in tracking result. To my experience, it will be in USA around October 10. I'll help you to track frequently and let you know once it's in USA.
