Hello! I have 2 packages from the US that show as being held in customs. Would you please tell me what I need to do to receive them? The tracking numbers are Ch118210311US and CH118206498US. Thank you

Hi Mary,

According to the tracking information. They are waiting the receiver in China to pay for the tax now. The receiver should have got the notice from the customs. You'd better let the receiver to pay in order for it to be released.
