Held by Export Customs/Security for 2 weeks

My Package with the tracking number EV775746550CN has been held in customs for two weeks (19 July) and I was wondering if it is in transit yet or stuck, please help.

It's still held by export Customs now. You'd better contact the sender to give you a solution about it.

Hi Rim,

There is problem for it and it couldn't pass the custom's check. So, it's retained by the custom. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get a solution about this.

I'd like to ask about my package that has been held by export customs since the 22nd. Here is the message from tracking:
RECORD ITEM REASON FOR RETENTION BY CUSTOMS. RETENTION REASON: Invoice missing/inappropriate

Upon contacting my sender, they confirmed that it was an insurance issue and they have fixed it, but the tracking site is still showing "Item held by export Customs/Security
GZSGJHHJ".

May I know the status of my package right now or if there are any lingering issues? I was hoping it would come today or at least December 31 but now with this delay, I don't know when it will arrive.
