Hello, my return package (tracking number RC813083685SG) has been under 'held by customs' status for over a week now. May I know when it will be delivered back to the seller? I really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Hi Jenny,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
