Hello, i made an order EB716038025CN on the first of april and its held by the customs/security since the third.
Please can u update me or tell me whats happenning ? Thanks

Hi Rim,

There shoule be problem for the item. So, it's retained by the customs. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution a soon as possible.
