Hi im expecting my package to be delivered to a friend, its been a month and still no changes. What should I do?

It's already in China since June 10 but it's held by customs.

Yes, but the problem is its been held for a month now and still no notice to claim it? How can my recipient claim the package? Who should be responsible?

You'd better let your friend call China Post service number 11185 to ask how to get it.
