My parcel had been held by custom since 2.24, what is the reason? How can I ask my addressee to contact you to get the parcel?

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Ok, thanks. So the parcel still at Guangzhou custom right? My receiver had call china 邮政 on 02.24，他们只要求收件人的认证，中国邮政是否会再联系收件人？
