status show that my parcel is being held by custom (等待用户缴税) can kindly advise waht i should do so that the receiver can received the parcel without paying the duties n tax. can i pay the duties n tax n can i know what will the cost be?

Appreciate your reply. The issue now is i have tried to login to the 帮他人缴税 but my is singapore contact no ot doesnt allow me to. If no action is being taken by the receiver, will the parcel be send back to me to singapore?

Hi kelly ng,
It's hard for you to contact the customs from Singapore. You need to require the receiver in China to help contact and require a return back to Singapore if you want.
It's hard for you to contact the customs from Singapore. You need to require the receiver in China to help contact and require a return back to Singapore if you want.
You can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to check the cost and pay if you are the receiver. If no, you can also help the receiver to pay taxes by clicking '帮他人缴税' to check how much you need to pay the finish payment. They support payment through Alipay, WeChat and bank card.
