Held at outward office office of Exchange ??

Hi I’m waiting on a parcel tracking number LM313070799CN and there has been no updates since 27th of November and it still says item held at Outward Office of Exchange, Can someone please tell me what this means as no one seems to know and seller just keeps telling me it’s rush season which I appreciate but I would of expected an update by now, can anyone please help.

Hi Sazza73,

There will be further update when it arrives in UK. It usually takes 20-30 days to reach. Wait more days to check.

Hi I posted on here before and am grateful for the answer given but my parcel LM313070799CN still says item held at Outward Office of Exchange, I know you said it won’t be updated until it reaches the uk and I understand that but it hasn’t updated in over two weeks and I Thought it would have said that it had departed Outward Office of Exchange not that it was being held, I have not had that tracking status before and was wondering if you can tell me what it means and if the parcel is still in China and has not left for the uk yet, Thanks Again.

Is there any possibility for an update for LV420373095CN. It was initially due for departure on Feb26, then held March16 and has been held in Wuhan office of exchange since.
