Hello, my tracking code is RV375242732CN and it's still not departed from origin country yet, from what I can see. Will there be any update on this? Is there anything to do?

Hi lima,

You couldn't receive it. It was returned back on May 13. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
