My pack nor say in transit Departed way point..? What does that mean what should I do..

Hi Vincent,

It's still stuck in Beijing China now. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for over two months, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

I have been tracking my package and I have been trying to wait patiently last I heard it was delivered to the airport in Chengdu April 28th. It has been a month since then and it doesn't seem as though it is traceable. I was hoping it might be traceable, every update I get says Delivered to airport in Chengdu April 28th.
