Have services halted in shenyang

Hello my parcel number is RN619007038GB. It has been in Shenyang Postal union for 16 days. What is preventing it from being deliver. It would seem that is lost. I have contacted you before and you have told me that there has been no stoppage of services. I sent off my package on the 19th of August that is a total of 28 days. If it is lost please confirm so I can make a claim with Royal mail.

I just checked the tracking it has change and it is now saying that it is going back to Beijing. Why is this?

Is the destination city Shenyang? If so, it may couldn't be delivered due to the address problem. It's on the way back now. You'd better let the receiver in China call China Post service number 11185 to reflect the problem and further check it as soon as possible.
