Have not received parcel

I purchased an item in October 2022. I still have not received the item. Tracking says it’s in transit delivery us by Yunexpress cannot get a hold of anyone. Tracking number is B YT2392421272082486

There is no tracking information for it. The tracking information is provided by Yun Express. You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason and get a solution for this situation.
