I ordered a package on June 1st tracking #AQ839001848CN I still have not received it. Supposedly it is located in California and has not moved July 2nd. Did the company actually send the package or was I scammed?

I have seen many packages with the tracking number starting with A couldn't be delivered to the right address. It may be a scam and was delivered to some other place.
