have not received package

Order shoe from the yezzywebsite on October 11, 2020 and still have not received them. I have email the only contact information I have and have not gotten a respond back. I would like to know where my package and who do I need to contact regarding this matter. Also if I can have a telephone number of who I need to contact not just a email address.

Sorry, we don't know how to contact the seller. You need to find their information from the website by yourself. If the doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
