Have not received my parcel

I have not received my parcel. (Tracking number: LP048386257CN)
It was supposedly delivered on 06 April (12 Days ago) - China Post & Singapore Post but I have not received anything.

It was delivered to the letterbox. If you don't find it, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
