Hi KD,

RF379930745CN left China on Oct. 13.
RF376771400CN left China on Oct. 15.
RF373306801CN left China on Oct. 17.

They are still on the way to Canada. If you couldn't receive it before Dec. 17, that's not normal. Then, you'd better contact the sender to let him contact China Post to ask what happened to them.
