Hi moh,

The receiver couldn't be get connected. You need to let the receiver in China call China post service number 11185 to confirm the address and phone number as soon as possible. Or, it will be returned back.

I placed this order from a seller via DHgate & it should have been delivered to my address 31 Archer Drive, Cheswick Green, Solihull, B90 4LG, UK, however it was delivered on 11th June via Royal Mail to a wrong address in UK, the seller has closed his store more than 2 weeks ago & I can not contact him by any means, I appreciate if you can help, at least I want to know if he has given you my address & accordingly it is the fault of Royal mail to deliver the parcel to a wrong address, or the seller gave you a wrong address & in that case, I can get refunded by DHgate.

I had the wrong address to return the package to China when I sent it from USA. I have the correct address and the receiver will not respond to pick up at wrong address (Red Lantern Clothing Store, 2幢办1906室
合肥市蜀山区潜山路与230000,Anhui,皖河路交口望潜金融中心,China). The correct address is Building 2, Wangqian Financial Center, Intersection of Qianshan Road and Wanhe Road, Shushan District, Room 1906, Hefei City, Anhui 230000 CN. How can I get the package to this address?
