Goodmorning, tracking my parcel with number LZ589682607CN it states "handed over to forwarding agent for transit". Do you know the estimated time for delivery and/or if the parcel has already left the departure country? thanks for your help

Hi MaDMAx23,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Jan.12 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Italy after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
