My parcel was returned and now it says the seller has shipped it but it will take long due to the epidemic, when will it come? And what’s happening with it??

Hi Leo,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Jan.13 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I shipped a parcel to china on tracking number RZ097330078GB. The tracking show's it was rejected by the guy it was supposed to go to and its now either been exported back to the UK or being held in Guangzhou Transit Station. Is it possible to contact someone there to re-attempt delivery? If the goods are back in the UK how would I track these from the UK side?
