Its showing that my package was delivered to the airline transport a month and a half ago with no updates since. Does that mean it has left China and been flown to the United States yet? Or does it look like it's been lost or delayed in another way?

It takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update untill July 31, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
