Has this package left China? I cannot track it. Allegedly it was posted on 22 August.

Hi colette,

Your package belongs to China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. It couldn't be tracked in China Post tracking system because it's not registered. No one could find out where it is now. Also, if it's lost, the sender couldn't get any compensation from China Post.

Tracking # LW438459225CN. US Destination. Seller: Aliexpress has no idea where it is and China Post/EMS and USPS show the package is still in China. If the package really did ship on 1/13 is still subject to hold in China due to Coronavirus?

Hi John M,

Your package has left China and is still in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Daisy, thanks for your effort in helping me. Can you tell me the date when my package left China. If possible?
