Has my package been returned to the seller?

Hi my track number is RV490062378CN the last status it shows says: Beijing, [Beijing International Mail Exchange] Return.
Does this mean that the package is going to be returned to the seller or still is in the process of arrive to its destination?

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or back to be checked again and sent to you again. If it's back to the seller, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

It shows it was sent out in November and then just today shows as "returned to Shanghai exchange"
I've bought from this seller several times in the past with no issues or problems so im not sure why this order would be returned. Will it be resent or returned to the seller?
