has my item left china? help is much appreciated.

I ordered and item over a month ago from a aliexpress seller with thousands of good reviews. This was one of the priciest things I have ever purchased on Ali. My tracking number isRI943030548CN. It appears that for the last 4 weeks it has been in the same spot. Does this mean it is on it's way to Canada? Or is it stuck in customs? Should I open a dispute? I have contacted the seller twice with no response. Please help! Thank you so much.

The last update is:

In general, when the package left China, it couldn't be followed. So, you couldn't see further more information about it's trace. Don't worry, the average arrival days for a package from China to Canada is 30 days. I think you'll get it next week.

I placed an order for an item from WISH, which was dispatched on July 22, 2020. There were numerous tracking updates up until August 8, when it said “Arrive at Depature Transit Hub” and ever since the item has not moved or left the country.

Is there a reason why my item is not even left China yet after over a month?
