Has my epacket reached China please help see status

Hey I have an epacket delivery coming from China and the seller told me it reached USA but is held in custom. It’s been 15 days and no update, is there anyway I can receive the parcel soon or know when to expect it? Plz help
This is the only tracking info I’ve gotten #LY502818989CN

Hi Jennie,

It hasn't arrived in the US now. It's in the middle location now. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in the US.

I ordered the product weighing 195 gm on Aliexpress by ePacket method but it hasn't reached israel being held by customs in china. Finally it returned to a sender. Now I want a seller to resend me this product but he demands me to pay 10$ for its delivery claiming the full delivery fee is about 30$. How much such delivery can really cost and what could be the problems that it didn't leave the china border?

Hi,
Good afternoon. This is my epacket tracking number, LY452290508CN.
Could you please help me as after 20 days, the status of my parcel is still the same as "handed over to airlines", and why is it still at Shanghai?

I thought usually it will take about 10 days to leave China?

Could there be a problem?
I actually thought epacket will only take 20 days for a parcel to deliver from China to USA?
