Yes, your parcel has been arrived in UK on Jan. 30. Royal Mail will transit it to you place and deliver it to you in the next few days. There is no delay for China Post to transit it in China. There is delay for the seller to send it to China Post. Seller shows you they have sent it on Dec. 30, 2016 but in fact sent it to China Post on Jan. 12.
