Hello, Regarding Parcel CP381819119CN it no longer have input on tracking since June 7th. What and when should be the next step. thank you

Hi Sivaz22,

The next update will be it arrives in Mexico. It's delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in this August, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
