I have two packages on the way, but it seems like they have gotten stuck somewhere (I believe). It’s my first time shopping from China and I’m unfamiliar with the process.

It was returned back on August 17 and was sent again on August 18. It's in transit to the US now. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives.
