My package has been in "Handed over to airline" since the 11th of March. I understand everything is delayed because of the coronavirus, I'm just looking for an update on the package, has it left mainland China yet?

It has left China and is in transit to Greece now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.
