I have a package stuck in "hand over airline" on the tracking since June 1st. However, I bought another item recently in the same seller and it was shipped last sunday (Despatched to overseas, Country code: BR), after just 1 week stuck in the same status. When I try to track on the Singpost website, I receive the following notice "Information Received – Item En Route to Postal Facility". The tracking number is not even recognized on my country's postal tracking website. It seems that my parcel hasn't even left to my country. What happened? Did the seller actually transfer the order to Singpost?

Additionally, I talked to Singpost and they told me that this is a transshipment item. According to them, transshipment item travels from Sender's country(Origin) to Singapore(Mediator) to Destination. In my case, I was informed that the item hasn't even arrived in Singapore

It's in transit to Brazil now. To my experience, it takes 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

But should that item first go to Singapore and then Singpost send it to Brazil? The tracking number is not even recognized on the Correios website, there is a notice "waiting for sender's post". It seems that the item didn't even arrive in Singapore yet

There will be no information although it arrives in Singapore. The next update will be it arrives in Brazil. This takes 30-60 days.

All orders were traceable on the Correios website from the moment they were sent to Brazil, including those sent by Singpost. Sorry, but I think there is something wrong with my order. And as I said, Singpost informed me that this is a transhipment item, so it first needs to go to Singapore and then shipped to Brazil. So the item didn't even arrive in Singapore.
Did the seller actually ship the product or just generate a tracking number? The seller doesn't respond.

The seller has ship the product instead of just generating a tracking number. I could only suggest you wait for more days.
