I didn't pay to have the parcel tracked - as monetary wise the cost wasn't worth it! The parcel was sent from the UK on 8/9/16 - has been to China as has a sticker and stamp marked "unclaimed" and has been returned to myself, via Ireland on 14/1/17!! All I wanted is for my band to be fixed!!!!

Unclaimed means there is no person there to accept the parcel. I find you don't have contact phone number for the person receive it. So, the courier couldn't get connected to the recipient successfully.

Unfortunately my husband wasn't given a telephone number with the address, wouldn't the parcel have just been delivered to the above address without it? I am now at a loss as to how to return the band for replacement seeing as I have already spent £5 on postage only for it to be returned to me over 4 months later!

Hi Lisa,
Telephone number is a must in China for China postmen to contact the recipient when they deliver the package. If there is no phone number, it's hard to find the person.

What's your tracking number?
