Tracking number CP393498513CN says Guangzhou exchange station return. Does this mean it’s on its way back to the seller? Or just returning to the station to wait to get on a plane again? Or something else? Should I contact the seller or is this normal?

Hi I have a parcel set for the U.K. tracking number LZ236023295CN just wondering if it has left as the site I made the purchase says 5-10 working days for delivery. It’s been backwards and forwards to the international exchange and international centre.
