Hi, my item is a returned purchase to seller but still stuck at customs. Seller has informed me that he has had no notification regarding it, how long does it take?

Hi Neilfisk,

Also let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check if he needs to declare.

Hi Daisy, thanks for that. I forwarded this onto the seller and he is telling me that customs won't release it 'as I didn't go through the formalities'....not sure what they mean by this?
