Given notice to pick up package

I send my package to 27/P, B Wing, Windows Building Huaqiangbei Road, Futian District Shenzhen Guangdong, 518010 China in 3/3/15 and I received it back on 6/24/15 a notice was given to pick up the package, but nobody have pick up the package which was more than 15 days, so it came back to me. I am just trying to find out why this package wasn't pick up.

On the package it has the name and address the address is the correct address, but left no phone number. There is a yellow stick on the package that has return/unclaimed 2608 CN 15.

Could you contact the receiver by phone? You'd better ask him/her directly if there is some problem with the address or is there any other problem for not got it.
Did you leave a receiver name and his contact phone number for your package? The mail man usually call the receiver if he can't find the receiver. If he couldn't contact succssfully, he would send the package back to the sender.
