Further inquiry about the parcels I sent

Hi China Post, this is about the two parcels I sent from Australia to China tracking EH101522828AU and EH101602089AU. Both have been pending customs clearance in China. I contacted the receivers to be (my parents in China) this morning at 6:30am, Saturday, November 14th, 2020 (Beijing time).They hadn't got any information from China Post or the Customs till then. I wonder what's going on there.

Hi wenhao zhao,

If your parents doesn't get any notice, they need to contact the customs by calling 12360 to check them.
