hi i have been tracking my parcel and some info tells me its been shiped by air and this site says it has not been shipped yet can you help . if it was sent by air on the on the 8/1/17 it seems to be a long time to get to New Zealand thanks

Hi,

I use many tracking system and all shows there is no tracking information for it. I think only the the seller could track it for you in his selling system.
