Norway >>Post forwards my mail once every week to my Chinese address in Sanya. For the last 10 years this worked very well. This winter I have received 1 -one- out of the 11 or 12 envelopes sent me.
Has China Post suffered a general collapse ? Can it no longer be relied upon ? Caan my mail be stuck in custom (sensorship?) Where should I lodge my complains (already tried local post office.)

You can call 0898-66767010 to lodge your complaints. But I think they could only speak Chinese.
