Foreigner Sender to submit declaration materials

I recently sent a package from Singapore to Shanghai, and now my package is stuck in "Shanghai, pending the recipient's submission of declaration materials to the customs, Shanghai International Customs Broker". Since this package is a surprise gift, the recipient in Shanghai has no knowledge regarding the presence of this package. Is there anyway for me (the foreigner sender) to submit the declaration materials to the customs myself? My tracking number is EZ006500565SG. Please check it out for me. Thank you

Hi Jairia Chai,

It's hard for you to submit the declaration from Singapore. The receiver needs to call 021-64194768 to submit.

You can try to contact Singapore Post to ask if they could help you submit.
