For UK deliveries, which UK parcel carrier completes the delivery?

Hi there,
I am an online seller. I source goods from China and ship direct to UK buyers. After goods arrive in the UK, which company do you pass the packages on to in order to complete the UK domestic part of the delivery please?
Also do they use your tracking number? ie Would my customers be able to track their orders using your tracking number for the UK part of the delivery?

If you use ePacket to deliver your goods from China to UK buyers. When they are in UK, Parcelforce will be in charge of delivering them to the buyers.
If you use China Post registered air mail to send, the goods will be passed to Royal Mail in UK to complete the UK domestic part of the delivery.
There will be tracking numbers for the packages and the buyers could track their trace in tracking systems even in the UK part of the delivery.
