Following up on item that hasn't updated since 9 May 2020

Good afternoon,
My item has not been updated since arriving at Xiamen airport on 9 May 2020 and its been a month since it was shipped originally. Can I please get an update as to why it isn't moving

Hi Jack,

It should have left China and is in transit to Australia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update.
