Please follow-up this EMS tracking number. It says it has been mailed and sent on 2021-04-28 01:15:25 (GMT-04:00).
2021-03-30 11:09 Guangzhou City, has been handed over to the carrier transport
It has never moved since then. It now 30 days since it was shipped. I is normally 7-10 days, but the hipping does not update nor moving at all. I am worried..... Please check! Appreciate your help!

Hi Liza,

EMS is very slow at present. It was handed over to the carrier transport on March 30 and is in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
