Hi -
You said to check if I have text messages in Chinese from customs. I do not, I had my Chinese friend help me look. I tried calling like 8 different places but they said they'd only give me the phone number if it was in customs for more than 30 days. What does "being held" mean? Is there a number I should call or does it have a case # or something. It's my birthday present (plus some essentials) from my Mom and family, so I'm really hoping I can get it soon. Please help.

You'd better try to call the customs service number 12360 to check it.
