my package is stuck in flight departure for weeks is it lost?

Hi al,

Airline departs on July 10. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Japan after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

My 2 packages stuck in airline departs since 7.7.21
I ordered EMS and I wait for too long…
Can you pls tell or guess at least when it’s should arrive to Israel? For how long the “airline departs” takes?

Hi Nevo,

They take about another 20-40 days to reach Israel to my experience. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. Hi, my package has been showing 'Flight Departure' or 'Cleared and awaiting international departure' for 6 weeks now. Is it lost and should I call China Post or the seller?
