Flight departure

Hello I often send parcels and they take no longer than 10 days, however my parcel has been on flight departure since the 23rd of March.
Can you give me an estimate of when it will arrive

Hi Sam,

Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:

Why has its flight departed so many times? What does this mean. Should I be concerned about my parcel yet?? Or is taking this long normal for EMS

Hi, my package has been showing 'Flight Departure' or 'Cleared and awaiting international departure' for 6 weeks now. Is it lost and should I call China Post or the seller?
