flight departed but not in the system

my shein order was recorded as "flight departure" yesterday but i still can't find my tracking number (SMX678616801000935002) in any postal tracking systems. surely it must have arrived or at least been scanned by now? but my order number just doesn't exist ....

Hi, since December 24th I'v been receiving "outbound flight departed" status every 5 days. Did the flight actually leave? Did the parcel miss the flight? What does it mean?
