Finding parcel

Hi there, I’m trying to find my parcel (tracking number ) but it is marked as delivered and has not been delivered. There is no way this has been delivered, is it possible to find this please?

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
