Could you recommend any way of locating the parcel now?

It's delayed in UK. As the seller sent it by using YANWEN Express. You need to let the seller check it for you throught contacting YANWEN Express in China. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
